
Hey everyone!
We had our first running practice bright and early Saturday morning. It was a bit tougher than the first swim practice. It was interesting because so many people make fun of me when I run because I bounce like a bunny rabbit...but...its actually much closer to proper form than most people think! so there! haha.
It was a good practice. We ran a little over 3 miles, nothing too intense. Its a lot of fun pushing yourself within the group. So....so far so good.
I did a 25 mile bike ride on my own today...it was so windy, and a lot of the beach path was covered with sand, but it was a good work out. Hopefully I will sleep well tonight..
Next team practice is on Thursday...back in the pool!
