Had our first practice today. Went pretty well. There was definitely others that were way more out of breath than I was, So it seems like my running and biking for the past couple months has payed off. I still have a long way to go to be able to handle this crazy triathlon, but I feel encouraged after tonight. Plus, I got an awesome bright green swimming cap!
This picture only shows about a third of the team, it was pretty big. We'll see how many last! Hopefully everyone!
Next practice is Saturday morning for a nice run along the beach...
